As time change, people change. We at Bene are curious about the world in general. And most of all about the area we work in: about our customers, their employees, their fields of business. How do they work? What makes them successful? What motivates them and concerns them? What does the future look like for them? And – more importantly – what are their hopes for the future?
Bene asked 40 experts from different industries and countries about this topic and published its findings in the Bene Future Of Work Report.
Then Bene decided to dig even deeper and to challenge those findings. So, together with the Fraunhofer Institute Bene asked 1200 people from 34 countries about the current state and the future of work.
It was the basis for the Challenge the Future of Work Report which is dedicated to 4 mail topics: digital transformation, leadership, collaboration and the purpose of work:
